Section 1
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Zolenta International provides at-home beauty and salon services through confirmed appointment slots. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, failed visits and refunds.
1. Booking confirmation
A booking is treated as confirmed only after Zolenta confirms the slot, serviceability and booking details. Where advance payment or a payment link is required, the booking may remain pending until payment is received.
2. Cancellation before beautician travel starts
Customers may generally cancel before the assigned beautician starts travel to the customer location without a service cancellation penalty. Any payment gateway charges, bank charges or non-refundable third-party charges may be deducted if applicable.
3. Cancellation after beautician travel starts
If the customer cancels after the beautician has started travel, a cancellation fee of ₹49 may be charged or deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Customer no-show or unavailable customer
If the beautician reaches the location and the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses the service without valid reason or significantly delays the appointment, Zolenta may treat the booking as a customer-caused cancellation. In such cases, travel/cancellation charges may apply.
5. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to beautician availability, serviceability and operational feasibility. Zolenta may not be able to guarantee the same beautician, same time or same service package for a rescheduled booking.
6. Cancellation by Zolenta
Zolenta may cancel or reschedule a booking due to beautician unavailability, safety concerns, incorrect address, operational issues, weather, customer conduct, force majeure events or any other reasonable cause. If Zolenta cancels a paid booking and the customer does not accept a rescheduled slot, eligible amounts will generally be refunded.
7. Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the booking stage, payment status, service status, travel status and reason for cancellation. Refunds may be reduced or declined if the customer has already received the service, caused cancellation, provided incorrect information, or if a product/service cost has already been incurred.
8. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 working days after approval. Actual credit time may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, UPI systems, wallets or card issuers.
9. Mode of refund
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless Zolenta determines another reasonable method in a specific case.
10. Service quality complaints
If a customer raises a genuine service issue, Zolenta may review the matter and, at its discretion, offer a suitable resolution such as correction, partial refund, reservice, discount, service credit or other reasonable remedy.
11. Minimum order value
Zolenta currently applies a minimum order value of ₹399 for home service bookings, unless a specific offer or exception is confirmed by Zolenta.

Privacy Policy
https://zolenta.beauty/ is owned and operated by Zolenta International, a sole proprietorship managed by Mannat Bairagi.
Effective date and version: 15 July 2026, version 2026-07-15. Zolenta International is the data controller for the processing described here. Privacy enquiries and data-rights requests can be sent to zolentainternational@gmail.com.
This notice explains what personal data Zolenta processes through its website, app, WhatsApp, phone, email, payment links and at-home service operations; why it is processed; who receives it; how long it is kept; and the choices and rights available to individuals. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, the legal bases and GDPR rights below apply.
1. Information we collect
- Name, phone number and email address
- Address, locality, service location and appointment details
- Selected services, booking preferences, slot details and order history
- Payment status, transaction references and payment link details
- Customer support messages, complaints, feedback and service notes
- Location details where the customer chooses to share them through the app or browser
- Basic technical, device, browser or app data for security and troubleshooting
- Beauty preferences, allergies, sensitivities or service-related information voluntarily shared by the customer
- Consent choices, privacy requests, notification preferences and AI chat content when chat saving is enabled
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract: create and manage accounts, bookings, beautician assignments, payments, refunds, service communications and support.
- Legal obligation: tax, accounting, regulatory, safety, data-rights and lawful authority requirements.
- Legitimate interests: secure the service, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, maintain service quality and establish or defend legal claims, after considering individual rights.
- Consent: direct marketing, testimonials, optional precise location, saved AI chats and AI personalization using voluntarily supplied beauty-profile information. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
- Explicit consent where required: processing allergy, sensitivity or comparable health-related information for personalized AI assistance. This information is optional and is not sent for AI personalization unless the customer enables that choice.
3. Recipients and processors
Access is limited according to role and need. Assigned beauticians receive the customer and booking information needed to deliver the service. Service providers may include Google Cloud for hosting and storage, Google Maps for address functions, Razorpay for payments, Meta WhatsApp or an SMS provider for OTP and service messages, Firebase for push notifications, and OpenAI only when the AI Concierge is used. Professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities may receive data where legally necessary. Zolenta does not sell personal data.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay or other authorised platforms. Zolenta does not intend to store full sensitive card credentials on its own systems.
5. International transfers
Zolenta operates from India and some providers may process data in India, the United States or other countries. Where GDPR transfer restrictions apply, Zolenta will use an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism and assess supplementary safeguards. Customers may request information about the applicable safeguard.
6. Security
Zolenta uses technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, hashed credentials and session tokens, protected mobile storage, environment-managed secrets, authorization checks, rate limits, audit records, backups and incident procedures. Access is reviewed and data is limited to what is needed. No digital system can be promised to be risk-free.
7. Retention
- OTP challenges: operational target of 30 days; expired sessions: operational target of 30 days after expiry.
- Account profile and saved addresses: while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised after an approved erasure request unless an exception applies.
- Booking, invoice and payment records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, consumer and claims laws.
- Support, complaint and service-quality records: normally up to 24 months after closure, longer only for an active dispute or legal requirement.
- Notifications and delivery logs: normally up to 12 months.
- AI chats: not saved by Zolenta by default; when saving is enabled, retained until the customer deletes them or the account is erased, subject to legal exceptions.
- Consent, privacy-request, fraud-prevention and security audit evidence: retained only for the limitation or accountability period that applies.
These periods are reviewed in Zolenta's retention schedule. Data is deleted, anonymised or access-restricted when the applicable period ends.
8. Individual rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and a portable copy of data, and may withdraw consent. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time. Authenticated users can request a machine-readable export and submit privacy requests electronically in the app/API; requests may also be emailed or started from the account deletion page. Zolenta aims to respond without undue delay and, where GDPR applies, within one month unless a lawful extension is communicated. Identity may be re-verified. Erasure is not absolute where records must be kept for law, payment, fraud prevention or legal claims; in those cases data will be restricted and minimised.
9. AI Concierge and automated processing
The optional AI Concierge sends the customer's message and a minimized personalization context to OpenAI to generate suggestions. Zolenta does not send the customer's name or free-text booking feedback in that context. Personalized processing is disabled unless the customer opts in, and chat storage is off by default. AI responses are advisory and do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about customers.
10. Complaints, incidents and updates
Privacy complaints can be sent to the contact above. Where GDPR applies, individuals may also complain to the supervisory authority in the country where they live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Zolenta assesses personal-data breaches and will notify authorities and affected individuals when legally required. Material changes to this notice will be identified by a new version and effective date, and fresh consent will be requested where required.
